How RevCureHealth handles information collected through this website.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what information RevCureHealth collects through this website and how it is used. It does not cover protected health information handled under a Business Associate Agreement with a client practice, which is governed by that agreement and by HIPAA.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, work email, phone number, practice name, specialty, provider count, the challenge you select, and any message you write. We also record the page the form was submitted from, the referring page, campaign parameters if present, your IP address and browser user-agent, for security and attribution.
What we do not collect
This website does not ask for, and must not be used to send, protected health information. No patient names, dates of birth, member numbers, claim details or clinical information.
How it is used
To contact you about your inquiry or assessment, to prepare the assessment itself, and to keep a record of the request. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep accurate business records, and we delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you submitted at any time by emailing admin@revcurehealth.com.
